In Raleigh, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across North Carolina vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 7:30 amβ5:30 pm. It is closed on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

From fayetteville and had Car issues in Raleigh. Recommended by a friend to Duty Tire. Left car over night and spoke w/ Mr. Kevin about car issues the next morning. When we came to pick up the car, Mr. Steve Duty gave us awesome recommendations for engine repair.

This is my second time to be here. They work on Saturday that provides me great convenience to repair my car without interrupting my work. The price is great and people are real nice. They patiently answer my questions and provide advice for my car maintenance.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. SERIOUSLY. This is hands down the most incompetent mechanic shop we have ever dealt with. The only reason we ended up here is because Jiffy Lube failed to screw the oil cap back onto our car, which destroyed the engine and forced a full engine replacement. We did not choose this shop voluntarily. From day one, we made it very clear that we wanted to be kept informed throughout the process, especially after already dealing with negligence over something as basic as an oil change. That never happened. We dealt with the manager, Kevin, who consistently failed to communicate, failed to provide updates, and failed to do his job. We had to chase him down repeatedly, only to receive useless responses like, βI donβt know, maybe today, maybe tomorrow,β when asking if our car was done. After three weeks, we finally got the car back, only for the engine light to come on within five minutes and the car to begin stalling. We immediately had it towed back. My partner very clearly told Kevin not to touch the car until he called and explained what he planned to do. Once again, this was ignored. He then had the audacity to tell us the vehicle was βcompletely fineβ a

I have been coming here for years. They are to the point and such an honest shop. I like to call ahead to make sure they are not to busy, yet they always get any situation handled and their pricing CANNOT be beat. I have recommended this place to friends and family and they all say the same thing!
